Project: Presentation folder and insert pages
Client: National Association for Excellent Teaching (NAfET), Teacher’s College, Columbia University
Medium: Offset printed 4/4 process; glued pockets on folder
Mission: Create a multi-use folder, with matching insert sheets, that a) replaced the 1-year-old existing package, and b) better reflected the look of their web site.
What extra value was added: A dynamic visual re-branding. Building on their web site’s ‘wave’ motif, this design dramatizes that motif and makes it an essential design element, weaving in and out of photos, changing the photos’ colors. Together with strong use of a vibrant blue, NAfET’s literature projects a progressive presence that better matches their own mission – transforming our nation’s public high schools, starting with New York City charter schools.

Mission: Format client-supplied text which describes NAfET’s unique Leadership Program – in cooperation with the Columbia Business School’s Institute for Not-for-Profit Management – which addresses the need for ongoing training for NYC Charter School teams of principals and teachers.
